V Subba Rao is a seasoned civil engineer and senior project management consultant with more than 35 years of international experience. His career spans projects in India, Oman, the UAE, and Iraq, covering residential housing, hospitals, hydrocarbon plants, sports complexes, amusement parks, and large-scale infrastructure developments.
- He has worked with global leaders including Turner International (USA), Petrofac (UAE), Cansult (Canada), Khatib & Alami (Lebanon), and Renardet (UAE). In India, he played a critical role in Shriram Properties’ Panorama Hills project in Visakhapatnam, a 70-acre, ₹1,500 Cr master-planned community.
- He implemented advanced planning and quality systems that brought the project back on track for timely delivery.
